5-1-7: GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE AND PROCEDURE:
The department, in its rules and regulations, shall establish a grievance committee and procedure for firefighters. Any nonprobationary firefighter who has been disciplined by the chief may contest the action by following the department established grievance procedure. (Ord. 1118, 6-20-2005)
