A. The chief shall cause to be prepared and shall maintain all records deemed advisable, or as required by the city administrator, state law, or other official governmental or regulatory agencies, of each inspection and investigation made showing the cause, the findings and disposition of each inspection or investigation.
B. The fire prevention bureau 1 shall retain a record of each inspection and investigation made showing the cause, the findings and disposition of each such inspection or investigation. (Ord. 1118, 6-20-2005)
