4-13-10: NO WARRANTY BY CITY:
By enacting and undertaking to enforce this chapter, neither the city nor its city council, agents or employees warrant or guaranty the safety, fitness or suitability of any rental dwelling or rental dwelling unit in the city. Owners and occupants should take appropriate steps to protect their interests, health, safety and welfare. (Ord. 1325, 10-24-2016)
