Licensees are responsible for the acts or omissions of their managers as it pertains to the rental dwelling.
A. The licensee must ensure that every rental dwelling and rental dwelling unit is maintained in compliance with all city codes and state laws. A violation of any of the following laws and codes constitutes a public nuisance and is a violation of this chapter:
1. Building code (title 9, chapter 1 of this code),
2. Zoning code (title 10 of this code),
3. Animal control (title 5, chapter 4 of this code),
4. Fire prevention code (title 9, chapter 2 of this code),
5. Property nuisances (title 5, chapter 9 of this code),
6. Miscellaneous offenses (title 5, chapter 5 of this code),
