1-6-2: WORKERS' COMPENSATION:

Pursuant to Minnesota statutes section 176.011, subdivision 9, paragraph 6, the elected officials of the city and those municipal offices appointed for a regular term of office are hereby included in the coverage of the Minnesota workers' compensation act . (Ord. 1097, 10-25-2004; amd. 2008 Code)
