4-11-1: PURPOSE:

The city has the authority to regulate nuisances created by certain business practices under the police power. It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to establish regulations relating to peddlers and solicitors as specifically authorized by Minnesota statutes sections 329.15 and 412.221 subd. 19.
