A. No individual may perform tattooing unless the individual holds a valid tattoo technician license issued by the commissioner of health under Minnesota statutes section 146B.03, except as provided in section 4-9-2 of this chapter.
B. No individual may perform body piercing unless the individual holds a valid body piercing technician license issued by the commissioner of health under Minnesota statutes section 146B.03, except as provided in section 4-9-2 of this chapter.
C. If an individual performs both tattooing and body piercing, the individual must hold a valid dual body art technician license. (Ord. 1284, 10-13-2014)
