11-4-9: PARK ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT FUND:
Cash contributions shall be deposited in the city park acquisition and development fund and shall only be used for purposes authorized by state law. Expenditures from the park acquisition and development fund shall be authorized by the city council. The parks and recreation advisory commission may recommend expenditures to the city council.
