A. No building shall be located on any lot nearer to the front lot line or nearer to the side street line than the minimum building setback lines shown on the recorded plat and shall be in accordance with zoning regulations.
B. Buildings shall not be permitted on outlots or reserve strips. This shall not preclude the possibility of replatting and creating a buildable lot.
C. Buildings shall not be permitted on publicly dedicated easements or streets. (Ord. 1038, 7-8-2002)
