Any duly authorized law enforcement officer, health officer, fire official or building official shall be allowed to inspect the licensed premises at reasonable times and hours to ensure compliance with all provisions of this chapter. Upon demand by any police officer, any person engaged in providing services in any licensed premises shall identify themself, giving his/her true legal name and his/her correct address.
