The provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 340A, commonly known as the liquor act, with reference to the definition of terms, application for license, granting of license, conditions of license, restrictions on consumption, provisions on sales, conditions of bonds of licensees, hours of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein, except as modified herein. Whenever there is an inconsistency between the provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 340A and the provisions of this chapter, the more restrictive shall control. (Ord. 1276, 1-27-2014)
