(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to create and maintain Fund 404 for the deposit, management and distribution of all sums received from riverboat and/or casino sources.
(B) Monies in this Fund can and will be used for any and all legal purposes at the direction of the Council.
(C) This Fund shall be non-reverting and subject to all applicable state laws and terms in place and any policy and procedure of the town, as well as any future order of the Council.
(D) Monies in this Fund shall be subject to the same appropriation process as other town funds that receive tax monies and other state monies.
