§ 32.44 ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   To further evidence the spirit of leadership among the elected officials, elected officials shall be subject to random drug testing; however, their participation in said program shall be purely consensual, but shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions set forth in this subchapter.
