(A) Any employee who has submitted to a drug and/or alcohol test under this subchapter is entitled to receive a copy of the test results, upon written request to the employee’s direct supervisor.
(B) The results of all individual drug and alcohol tests will be considered confidential and kept in a secured location with controlled access.
(C) The release of an individual employee’s test results will be made only in accordance with the employee’s written authorization or as otherwise required by applicable laws, orders, regulations or ordinances.
