(A) The town will pay the costs for all initial and confirmatory drug and alcohol tests required by this subchapter.
(B) Employees are responsible for the costs of analyzing any secondary urine specimens requested under section § 32.41(A)(3) of this subchapter. The town will reimburse the cost of the analysis of a secondary urine specimen only if the test results are negative.
(C) Employees who are terminated under the provisions of this subchapter will be responsible for the cost of any and all counseling that occurs after the termination date.
