§ 72.08 REQUIREMENT; POSSESSION OF PROOF OF INSURANCE.
   Each golf cart operated on designated roadways within Ingalls shall maintain current insurance as specified in § 72.01 ("proof of financial responsibility"). The proof of insurance must be carried in or on the golf cart at all times it is being operated on designated roadways.
