§ 52.13 PROMISSORY AGREEMENT.
   Any customer may request of the Town Council President or his/her designee acting as the Hearing Officer to enter into a payment plan and promissory note as described in § 52.08(H). If the customer enters into such a promissory agreement and does not pay pursuant to the terms of such agreement, then the customer will immediately be deemed in default and because the customer has already been notified of their delinquent status, the town will, without further notice, take immediate collection action, which may include, but will not be limited to, disconnection of water service to the customer, termination of trash/recycling service to the customer, the filing of a stormwater lien upon the customer's property and/or referring the account to a collection agency for collection.
