§ 52.07 EXTRA SERVICE BILLS.
   Billings for any extra services, installation charges, penalties, collection fees or other special charges shall be rendered in accordance with the applicable utility or service rate resolution and shall be sent either as a separate bill or included as a separate line item on a consolidated billing statement.
