The town shall establish, maintain and periodically revise a water, hydrant fee and a trash and stormwater rate ordinance. Said ordinances shall contain all the various fees, rates and charges that the municipal utility will charge to its customers. All municipal utility charges shall be calculated in accordance with the current water and trash/recycling and stormwater rate ordinances applicable to the municipal utilities or services rendered to a customer.
