§ 32.35 GENERALLY.
   The Town Council has adopted a standard of conduct for its employees that prohibits the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by employees of the town and believes certain provisions of said standard of behavior and conduct should apply to all elected officials and department heads. It is the goal of the town to maintain not only a drug-free workplace, but a drug-free standard of conduct for administration of official town business and therefore adopts this subchapter.
