§ 32.23 RESIDENCY OF TOWN MARSHAL.
   Pursuant to I.C. 36-8-4.5-5, the duly appointed Town Marshal shall reside within a distance no greater than ten miles from the Police Department headquarters currently located at 247 N. Meridian St., Ingalls, Indiana, or from said department headquarters wherever they may be located in the future.
