§ 32.21 DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER.
   The office of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer is hereby created. The Deputy Clerk Treasurer is employed as an assistant to the Clerk-Treasurer and may fulfill the duties of the Clerk-Treasurer in the absence of said Clerk-Treasurer. Said Deputy serves at the discretion of the Clerk-Treasurer.
