§ 32.20 CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected at large by the voters of the whole town.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer may in his or her discretion have one Deputy Clerk to whom he or she may delegate authority.
