(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of such minor or minors who violates the provisions of § 130.01 shall be fined $5 for the first offense, $25 for the second offense and $50 for each offense thereafter.
