Section 130.02 shall not apply if any minor is accompanied by his or her parents or guardian, or by any other person having the legal custody and control of the minor; or if he or she is engaged in the performance of a lawful errand, employment or duly authorized and directed by such parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of any such minor, and if such minor has in his or her possession a written permit from any such person, or employer, showing the reason and necessity to be upon or in the street, alley, park or other public place during curfew hours.
