(A) The face of an advertising sign shall not be greater than 18 feet in vertical dimension nor greater than 55 feet in horizontal dimension and shall not contain more than two advertising signs per face.
(B) The maximum height of advertising signs erected on the ground shall not exceed 40 feet above the street elevation to which the sign is oriented.
(C) One advertising sign may be permitted on any lot at least 300 feet of frontage on a public street or highway and all such signs shall be separated a distance of at least 500 feet even if located on the opposite side of a public street or highway.
(D) No advertising sign shall be permitted within 300 feet of a residential zone district unless the sign is provided with the landscape screening.
(E) The outdoor advertising sign is considered a principal use, and there shall be no other uses on the same lot that the sign is located.
