(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating provision of § 112.01 shall be fined a sum of $25. Each and every day any pool table, billiard table, card table, pinball or electronic game device is kept and exhibited to be played upon for hire or gain constitutes a separate offense.
