Violation of the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be enforced to the Ordinance Violations Bureau with the first violation in any calendar year resulting in a fine of $ 100, the second violation in any calendar year resulting in a fine of $200, and the third and subsequent violation in any calendar year resulting in a fine of $250. Should enforcement of this chapter through the county court system be required, the violator, in addition to the fine set forth above, shall be responsible for all attorneys’ fees incurred by the town.
