Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum of not less than $25 for the first offense, a sum of not less than $50 for the second offense, and a sum of not less than $100, nor more than $150. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
