(A) No trash or leaves shall be burned unless an adult is attending to the fire.
(B) No trash or leaves shall be burned from 4:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., October 1 through May 31, and from 6:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., June 1 through September 30.
(C) The Town Fire Department may extinguish any fires burning from 4:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., October 1 through May 31 and from 6:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., June 1 through September 30.
(D) The owner of property where any improper burning occurs shall pay a fee set by the Fire Department for putting out a trash or leaf fire.
(E) The Town Fire Department may extinguish any fire that poses a danger to any neighboring property due to wind or other unfavorable conditions.
