§ 93.21 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is or was equipped with a motor, and shall also mean any part of a motor vehicle which is detached from the main portion of any vehicle.
