(A)
Parking of any vehicle, or any combination of vehicle, trailer, equipment, and/or vehicle and its load, whose gross weight individually or in combination is in excess of 10,000 pounds shall be prohibited on any public street, alley, or public way within the incorporated limits of Ingalls, Indiana.
(B) Anyone violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined through the Ingalls Ordinance Violations Bureau as set forth below:
(1) First offense: $25.
(2) Second offense within 12 calendar months of the first offense: $50.
(3) Third offense within 12 calendar months of the first offense: $100.
(4) Fourth and all subsequent offenses within 12 calendar months of the first offense: $250.
