(A) Vehicles proceeding on any other streets or roads within the town not set forth below shall not travel at a speed in excess of 25 mph.

(B) Any person who violates this schedule shall be fined upon the following schedule, all of which shall be paid through the Ordinance Violations Bureau:
(1) From one to ten miles per hour over the designated speed limit: $50;
(2) From 11 to 20 miles per hour over the designated speed limit: $75; and
(3) From 21 or more miles per hour over the designated speed limit: $100.
