§ 31.04 FALL CREEK REGIONAL WASTE DISTRICT.
   The Town Council President shall nominate an individual to be town’s representative on the Board of Trustees of the Fall Creek Regional Waste District; the Town Council shall vote to approve the Town Council President’s nominee; and the Town Council President shall appoint the individual to be town’s representative on the Board of Trustees of the Fall Creek Regional Waste District after the Town Council has voted to approve the Town Council President’s nomination by a majority vote.
