§ 31.01 DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Town Department of Parks and Recreation pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3.
   (B)   The Town Department of Parks and Recreation shall have all of the powers and duties set out in I.C. 36-10-3.
   (C)   There is hereby established a miscellaneous nonreverting fund within the parks budget.
