§ 50.11 OFFICE OCCUPANCY EXPENSE.
   (A)   The town shall provide the municipal water utility with non exclusive use of a portion of the Town Hall and shall be solely responsible for all utility expense incidental thereto.
   (B)   The town’s municipal water utility shall reimburse the town for a portion of the expense of the operation and maintenance in the Town Hall related to its use and occupancy of such premises.
   (C)   The municipal water utility shall reimburse the town, at the monthly rate of $185, commencing January 1, 1991, and the first of each month thereafter and shall additionally also reimburse the town for 8.3% of any actual out of pocket expenses incurred for repairs, maintenance or improvements to that Town Hall facility.
