§ 50.09 MISCELLANEOUS.
   (A)   No person shall take water from any fire hydrant without written authorization by the company, except for firefighting purposes.
   (B)   If the Clerk-Treasurer shall demand payment in advance from any temporary user, in an amount based on the estimated water to be supplied, this sum shall be paid before any connections are made. The user shall be by meter.
