(A) All taps onto the water line shall be made under the direct supervision of the company. All applications for new water service shall be made to the Clerk-Treasurer. A charge for each tap shall be levied at the time of the tap. The charge shall be based on the cost incurred by the company, but not be less than $250.
(B) There shall be a separate tap for each lot and shall not be more than one house on one meter. The property owner shall disconnect the residence water supply from any well at the time the property is attached to the company’s system. The company shall inspect and approve the tap at each residence prior to the actual use of the company’s water.
