If there is a leak in the water line, the company shall be responsible for the repair costs only for those lines on the town’s side of the meter. The user shall be responsible for all the leaks that are on the user’s side of the meter. The amount of water used according to the meter shall be the obligation of the user, unless the measurement is based on a faulty meter or on the company’s side of the meter.
