§ 123.30 AUTHORIZATION FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR.
   Prior to commencing operations, a cannabis business must obtain authorization from the Community Development Director certifying that the business is located on a site that meets all of the requirements of §§ 123.29, 123.31 and 123.32.
