Nothing in this grading chapter shall preclude the inclusion in any use permit, subdivision approval, variance, waiver, review or other approval issued or approved pursuant to the city zoning ordinance, general plan or review or other approval issued or approved pursuant to the city zoning ordinance, general plan or any other city ordinance of any condition, provision or requirement concerning the grading of land. Nothing in this grading chapter shall preclude the requirements for the owner or applicant or obtain any other permit or approval required by law from any other public or private party, or agency.
