§ 162.580 EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
   When it is determined by the Director of Public Works that an erosion control system shall be required on a site, plans for an erosion control system shall be prepared and submitted for the review and approval of the Director of Public Works by September 15 of each year for projects under a valid permit.
