§ 162.490 SETBACKS - REQUIREMENTS.
   The tops and toes of slopes shall be set back from the outer boundaries of the permit area, including slope rights, areas and easements, in accordance with Figure A and Table A in § 162.500. Lot lines shall be located at the top of slopes, including berms, wherever practicable.
