§ 160.11 APPEALS.
   (A)   An appeal may be made by the property owner (s) or designee(s) of any applicable development regarding decisions made by the Community Development Director on provisions of this ordinance.
   (B)   Such appeals may be reviewed by the City Council for resolutions, who must act on such appeals within 30 days of such filing.
