§ 158.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted.
