§ 120.25 PUBLIC NUISANCE, ABATEMENT.
   (A)   Any establishment operated in violation of the chapter is a public nuisance, abatable pursuant to § 120.14.
   (B)   In any action to abate any such public nuisance, the city shall be entitled to recover all enforcement costs, including staff costs and attorney fees.
