§ 120.20 PUBLIC NUDITY AT SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES IS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Public nudity is prohibited at sexually oriented businesses, whether or not alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed on the premises. Any sexually oriented business found to have violated this section shall have its permit suspended or revoked pursuant to §§ 120.09 and 120.10.
   (B)   It is hereby further declared that California Penal Code § 314, relating to lewd public nudity specifically applies to sexually oriented businesses (regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued to said businesses under this chapter), including said businesses even if no alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed at the premises of said businesses, pursuant to Cal. Penal Code §§ 318.5 and 318.6. Prosecution for violations shall be maintained under the Penal Code by the appropriate enforcement officials.
