(A) The terms used in this chapter, e.g., "skateboard," shall have the meanings in common usage, except as otherwise defined in this chapter or by the Cal. Health & Safety Code and other applicable laws.
(B) For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SKATE PARK
. The Skate Park facility(ies) located in the City of Indio, California
SKATING AREA
. The area within the Skate Park designed for skateboarding and in-line skating activities, which are limited to the adjacent concrete.
