§ 97.100 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHIEF OF POLICE. The Chief of Police of the city.
   PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant, or procession of any kind, or any other similar display, in or upon any street, park, or other public place in the city.
