§ 94.17 ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Board of Library Trustees shall, on or before July 31 in each year, make a report to the City Council giving the condition of the Library on June 30 preceding, together with a statement of their proceedings for the year then ending, and forward a copy thereof to the State Library.
